How do I know my transaction will be safe?
Our online shopping cart and security technology ensures the safest and most reliable checkout experience for our customers. Click the McAfee icon at the bottom left of the site to see our security seal. You know transactions are safe and you can ensure that you will want to buy often and become a regular repeat customer.
Is my satisfaction guaranteed? Yes, your satisfaction is absolutely guaranteed. If you and your recipient are not delighted with the quality and freshness of The Mississippi Gift Company’s gift packages, we will gladly replace or issue store credit for the item. Store credit will be issued for any undamaged, non-consumable item within 30 days of receipt.
What is your return policy?
Do you offer free shipping or flat rate shipping?
Yes, The Mississippi Gift Company is pleased to offer this promotion to our customers. Please note that this promotion, as with all orders, is per address. You must spend $150.00 per address to receive free shipping. All other orders incur a flat rate of $14.95. (Some fragile items may incur a handling charge. Some larger items such as art and picture frames do not qualify for free shipping.)
Do you ship outside the US?
The Mississippi Gift Company will ship anywhere in the continental United States. Shipping charges on this site are for this area only. Please call for orders shipping to FPO, APO, AK, and HI addresses. Remember always to include all of your contact information and proper email address just in case one of our friendly sales staff may need to contact you about your order.
When will my package arrive?
Please visit the Estimated Time in Transit - Ground Packages Map located at https://www.themississippigiftcompany.com/pages/shipping-information to see estimates on when your package will arrive. Once you place your order you will be provided a UPS Tracking number to allow you to track your package. You may also note in the checkout process the desired date you would like your gift to arrive.
How will my order be shipped and do you ship to PO Boxes?
All orders are shipped UPS Ground. We currently ship to physical addresses; PO BOXES ARE ACCEPTED, BUT NO INSURANCE IS PROVIDED (We will not be able to replace breakable items if they are damaged in transit). Please use physical address if available. Most orders are shipped within 48 hours of ordering. We will notify you by email if there is a delay with your order. Due to fuel surcharges, 2nd Day and Next Day charges are estimates and subject to change. You will be notified if additional shipping charges apply. Please call 1-800-467-7763 if you have any questions.
What if I enter an incorrect shipping address?
Additional shipping charges may be incurred if you give us an incorrect address. Before you place your order, please make sure that the shipping address information is correct. If you inadvertently supply an inaccurate shipping address, you will be responsible for any additional shipping charges.
Do you wholesale or sell to gift shops?
No, over the past 28 years we have searched Mississippi to find the most tasteful and unique gift items to offer to our customers. Our curated items are handcrafted, usually in small batches by Mississippi gourmet food companies, entrepreneurs and artists.
