I love MS gift company but the delivery is always seems to take a while. Ordered on May 4th for May 9th, arrived May 17th with no note. My Mother thought that she hasn't bought anything from there in a while and it was happy. Not quite the Mothers Day gift, i hoped for but still cute.

Brittany- We are sorry that you were not completely satisfied with your order. We shipped your order 5/4, the same day you placed your order. There was not a gift message attached to your order. If the gift message does not appear on the order confirmation, we do not see it either. Once it leaves our store, we have very little control over packages, especially if it ships via the post office. According to our records, it was delivered on the 14th; it could have gotten delivered to the post office then and was just not picked up until the 17th. Please know that we did all we could to get it there in a timely manner. We hope you will try us again in the future.
