This spicy Jalapeño-infused olive oil is produced by blending freshly picked Frantoio olives with a generous amount of Jalapeño peppers. The mixture is then crushed and combined in a malaxer, resulting in a unique combination of the peppers' essential oils and the rich olive oil. The resulting product boasts a lingering spiciness, subtle bitterness, and a vibrant capsaicin kick. It adds a tantalizing touch to salsas, marinades, soups, grilled dishes, and vegetables.
