We cannot say enough wonderful things about Vito's Salad Dressing. (Seriously, we keep the half-gallon size in our refrigerator at all times.) This Italian dressing is delicious on almost anything, but our favorite recipe with it right now is Vito's Pasta Salad.

This super easy pasta salad recipe will become your. new favorite! It is perfect for sharing during summer festivities, or just to have on hand in the refrigerator. You can add or remove any ingredients for the same yummy result, but the Vito's dressing is a MUST!
Noodles (any kind you prefer - we love the Cheese Tortellini noodles for this!)
Grape Tomatos
Red Onion
Sliced Black Olives
Broccoli
Bell Pepper (any color)
Squash
Cucumber
Garlic Salt
Black Pepper
Vito's Salad Dressing & Marinade
Parmesan or Feta Cheese
Wash, dry, & chop all produce. Add all produce & noodles to a large mixing bowl.
Cook noodles according to package directions & drain.
Add all produce & noodles to a large mixing bowl.
Season with garlic salt, pepper, & sprinkle desired amount of cheese.
Pour a very generous amount of Vito's over the mix & stir to combine.
Place completed mixture in refrigerator for at least 30 minutes before serving. (We recommend letting it marinate overnight for maximum flavor!)
Mix well before serving & enjoy!
