Trending Now: Winter White in Home Decor

Welcome back, y'all! Today we wanted to share our take on a particular trend that we have been seeing a lot of lately: "Winter White." We have been noticing this trend in fashion & thought that we could put our spin on it in home decor items from our store! Many customers have been gravitating toward a sleek, all-white look & we followed suit for our post this week. 
"Winter White" can be put together with many different items already in your home. (If not- we have you covered!) You could incorporate it into your living room, bathroom, dining room or even bedroom. Here are a few looks we are loving right now.

 

 Living Room/Bathroom

For this look, we threw together some of our Etta B Pottery in Charming White & Peter's Pottery in White.  Adding a few vases or accessory pieces in a cream or white color will give your area a clean, crisp look. We added a few faux flowers with white blooms in our vase & finished it off with some wooden scripture blocks of the same color. Grab a few pieces & re-vamp your living room or bathroom with this in mind. You will love your new fresh look just like we do! 

 

Dining Room

Here is a look at how to style your dining room with a "Winter White" feel. For this look, we combined Etta B Pottery dinnerware in Simply White, Peter's Pottery candlesticks in White, Peter's Pottery Wine Goblets & Tumblers in White, & Hanging By A Thread monogrammed dinner napkins in white. This would look absolutely beautiful on a dining room table! If you would like to have the same height variations that we achieved, we would recommend adding the Peter's Pottery Compote Dishes in with your candlesticks. (Pro Tip: If you have seen our Instagram account, you might know that we like to put the Peter's Pottery Quail atop of our PP Candlesticks or PP Compote Dishes to mix in with the candles.) Now I want to throw a dinner party after looking at this! 

 

Living Room/Sitting Area

Lastly, we have a living room "Winter White" setup. We have several white/cream colored Little Birdie Pillows to choose from just to add a little pop of white to your sofa, chair or sectional. From Hanging By A Thread, we have the softest throw blankets EVER in white. Find your initial & throw it over your chair to achieve a pretty all-white look. Any neutral pillows would look great with this, but we chose the "I Love It Here" because, well, we love it here at The Mississippi Gift Company. :)
